Product Introduction
Speyer Ultra Oil Spectrometer
Brief introduction
Speyer Ultra Oil SpectrometerSpectroil M/F-W is designed and developed for the detection and analysis needs of industrial fuel. It is a standard instrument for analyzing the concentration of mechanical impurities in fuel. The detection process and accuracy fully comply with the ASTMD 6728 standard (rotating electrode method for determining the composition and concentration of pollutants in turbine oil and diesel).
Spectroil M/F-WThe use of Rotating Disc Electrode (RDE) technology, compact design, simple operation, and high reliability, can be used for quantitative analysis of pollutants that form ash substances in fuel, such as sodium, potassium, vanadium, etc.
During the operation of a gas turbine, certain pollutants are prone to corrode or deposit on the turbine blades, causing corrosion or damage to their aerodynamic shape. For gas turbine units that use heavy oil as fuel, fuel analysis is a prerequisite for ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment. Long term practice has shown that the concentrations of sodium and potassium elements in fuel must be accurately measured with a precision of parts per million (PPM), while the amount of magnesium added should be based on the actual detected concentration of sodium element. Meanwhile, fuel pollution detection should run through the entire process of fuel production, transportation, treatment, and refueling.
Spectroil M/F-WThe analysis scope includes various heavy fuels ranging from distilled oil No. 2 to residual oil No. 6 and crude oil; It is also applicable to high volatility fuels such as naphtha or gasoline (high volatility fuel samples require special preparation processes).
